Rich is a forward thinking business leader with more than three decades of expertise helping businesses navigate the complexities of sustainable growth. As a retired Big Four Partner, he leverages extensive experience as a strategic advisor to the board of management of emerging and established multinational corporations across a variety of industries.

Previously, he served as National Audit Growth Leader at KPMG, where he played a key role in shaping the firm-wide audit strategy during a period of volatility. He concurrently served as Audit Partner in Charge of the Pacific Northwest, working to optimize the six-state region by creating and executing new pricing and negotiation strategies that significantly increased operating income. Rich earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Oregon and is a licensed CPA in Oregon and Washington.
