Graduating from Leadership Lake Oswego

When Allen Trust Company moved to Lake Oswego in January 2022, we sought opportunities to integrate into our new community.  I was able to participate in the 2022-2023 Leadership Lake Oswego program.  Through this experience, I gained: Meaningful insight from the civic leaders of Lake Oswego; New relationships; and new paradigms of thinking.  I now aim to practice curiosity rather than judgement, recognize the perspective and influence each person brings, and space for self-reflection and awareness.
